Association People And Physical Environment Research PAPER's objectives :
- to facilitate communication among those persons concerned with the systematic study of the relationship between people and their physical environment.
- to maintain and improve the quality and quantity of research being conducted in this domain

PAPER assumes basically a South-west Pacific regional role but favours also exchange of ideas and research materials on a global level.
